Our center retains Test Report Forms for a period of 60 days after the release of your results. If you require your Test Report Form beyond the 60-day period, you can request an Additional Test Report Form. You can also request an additional TRF if you need to send your test report to an institution.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your Test Report Form. It is important to note that IELTS scores remain valid for a period of 2 years, and you can order your reports (TRFs) from ETC Central.

Fees associated with Additional TRF:

        In person Pickup $40 + Tax

       Courier within Canada $40 + tax

       International Courier Fees $75 + tax

•    All TRF prices are subject to sales taxes and are included.  TRF and courier fees are non-refundable.
•    It will take 5-10 business days for the TRF to be delivered via courier.

•    Please be aware that you have the option to add up to five institutions free of charge before your test date. If you need to request additional TRFs after your results have been released, there will be a fee of $40 plus applicable taxes for each institution.

•    Kindly note that if you require an additional Test Report Form (TRF) for the purpose of Canadian immigration, you may request to have one sent to your address. However, it's crucial to be aware that Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) only accepts IELTS results that are submitted by the applicant. When submitting your form, please make sure to select the option "FOR CANADIAN IMMIGRATION." Please be aware that we do not have authorization to directly transmit IELTS results to Canadian government authorities or immigration agents.
