Thank you for choosing ETC Central for your IELTS test requirements. Here’s everything you need to know about your Test Report Form (TRF) and additional services:
 

Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing of your Test Report Form (TRF).
 

Additional TRF Services and Fees:
 

• In-person Pickup: $45

• Additional Copy Sent Directly to Your Address: $90

• Send Electronically to an Institution: $45

• Send via Mail/Postal Service to an Institution: $90

Delivery Time: TRFs will be delivered to your address within Canada in 2-4 business days.

Free Institution Choices: You can add up to five institutions to electronically send your TRF free of charge. This must be done before your test date.

Additional Institution Requests: After your results are released, additional TRFs for institutions will incur a fee of $45 each.

Canadian Immigration: ETC Central does not send test results to IRCC. Test takers must submit their IELTS results to IRCC on their own.

International Delivery: If you wish to deliver your test report outside of Canada, please contact the test centre.
