Receive your Test Report Form within 3 days. A tracking number will be issued once your TRF is dispatched.

To request courier service for your test results, please note that you must have taken the test within the past 60 days from today’s date. Standard Courier fee $50.

If your test was taken more than 60 days ago, you may not be eligible for courier service. You can still get your test report form by requesting through the additional TRF request service.
