If you are a refugee, the initial step involves submitting a document to the test center for approval before proceeding with registration. Once the document is approved, you can then register for the IELTS exam. On the Test Day, it is mandatory to carry your “Refugee Protection Claimant Document” along with any other form of government-issued photo ID.

You have the flexibility to cancel your IELTS test registration at any time before the scheduled test date by notifying your Test Centre. Refund terms are contingent on the timing of your cancellation and whether exceptional circumstances apply. Cancellation Timelines: More than 14 Days Before the Test (excluding the test day): If you cancel your IELTS test registration more than 14 days before the test (excluding the test day), you will be eligible for a 75% refund of the total test fee.
