ETC Central (Regent St) is an official IELTS test centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Conveniently located midway between downtown and the south end of Winnipeg, this venue is easily accessible by public transit. This venue is situated at the major intersection of Regent Avenue (Route 37) and Lagimodiere Boulevard (Route 59) and is close to many restaurants and cafes. There is free street parking available near the test venue for those arriving by car. This location is wheelchair accessible.

This test centre offers paper-based and computer-based testing in clean, modern rooms with high-quality headphones for all tests. We work with a number of testing partners to deliver professional board exams as well as English proficiency tests. Free practice materials are available online. We deliver both IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training. Speaking tests are held at the same location.
