If you believe there is an error in your score, you can request a rescore.​

• Your test can only be rescored once.

• You can request for a remark from your Test Takers portal. Your EOR request will be processed accordingly. If you are unable to complete your EOR request from your Test Takers portal please email us at info@myetccentral.ca. If you do not receive a response within 28 days, please contact us.

• You may choose one or more parts of the test to be rescored: the fees are the same, $280 (tax inclusive) . EOR's payments are non - refundable, unless a score change is warranted. 

• $30 Admin fees will be applied for any change in your score. For example if your scores are changed you will receive $280 -$30 as a refund from your EOR request.

• Rescoring takes 2 to 21 days, depending on several factors including the number of sections requested for remark.

• You will receive an EOR letter stating your final result status. You will be required to return your previously issued Test Report Form if your result is changed before a new one can be issued.

• Your rescore fees will be refunded if an error is confirmed.
